Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 17, 2019, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 28, 2022, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 43, BLOCK 1, PINEBROOK ESTATES NORTH, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 68 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 10, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
