YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a two-Count Complaint for an injunction and interpleader, therein naming thirty (30) individual Defendants who may have a claim to the interpleader funds, has been filed naming you, all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J. Patrick Walsh, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4055 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PULISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, PURSUANT TO FLA. STAT. § 49.10.
