NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA-000634-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 1999-5, Plaintiff, and, ENGLISH, WILLIAM, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of March, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 5, OF LUGANO COURT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
