NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021CA003064AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA RUTH SIRK A/K/A VIRGINIA R. SIRK; PAMELA JOHNSON; CHARLES JOHNSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on March 15, 2022 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE S ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S 89° 59' 41” W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID S ½, 30.00 FEET TO THE PLATTED WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 5TH STREET EAST, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 89° 59' 41” W, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, 146.51 FEET TO THE SE CORNER OF LOT 14, SIRKLAND SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 203 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 14, 141.65 FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 60TH AVENUE EAST; THENCE N 89° 59' 41” E, ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE, 146.50 FEET TO THE AFOREMENTIONED WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF 5TH STREET EAST; THENCE S 00° 00' 19” E, ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE, 141.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID LANDS LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
