Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Sale pursuant to a Partition Action and a Public Sale is set for the 31st day of March, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-003060, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, and for Polk County, Florida wherein ATLANTIC TRUSTCO, LLC is the Plaintiff and LANA FAY BOWEN and GLADYS MARIE WELLS are the Defendants. The subject property will be sold to the highest bidder in Judicial Sale conducted electronically online at the following website: https://polk.realforeclose.com/index.cfm at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of March, 2022; as set forth in said Order, to wit:
The property directed for sale is: The West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less the Right-of-Way for Ritter Road, of Section 11, Township 27 South, Range 23 East, located in Polk County, Florida, together with a mobile home that is on the property, 1527 Ritter Rd., Lakeland, FL 33810 (the “Subject Property”)
