NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14 day of February, 2022, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-1085, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which WILLIAM H. BRUNT and HEATHER N. BRUNT, are the Defendants, and RIVER OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10 day of March, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 26, BLOCK D, PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 28, 29 and 30 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
