NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Postpone Foreclosure Sale entered on January 6, 2022 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2022 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Unit 201, Building 21, Fairways at Par Two, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1046, page 187, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 2303, page 2287, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
