NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2022, and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-000876-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST SERIES MLCC 2004-A MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and KEVIN RATHBURN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN RATHBURN; U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MEB LOAN TRUST IV; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 54, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 95, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
