Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 7, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-001984, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-B, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is the Plaintiff and MOISE SAINT LOUIS A/K/A SAINT LOUIS MOISE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOISE SAINT LOUIS A/K/A SAINT LOUIS MOISE, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY AND THE UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY, are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the THIRD FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
