Unit Week No. 1 in Condominium Parcel 10, GULF POINTE, according to the Declaration(s) thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 959, Page 1957 through 2017, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B.
