NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 16, 2021 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-007979, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARILYN E GERMAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MICHAEL SIMMONS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on March 9, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 130 FEET OF THE EAST 390 FEET OF THE SOUTH 333 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 33 FEET THEREOF DEEDED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1993, PAGE 193, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
