NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 3, 2022, in Case No. 20-CA-008043 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE-PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT4 (“Plaintiff”) and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF FRANCIS O. BODGE A/K/A FRANK O. BODGE; WHISPER LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, INC.; MICHELLE L. COSME; JEFFREY BODGE; FRANCIS BODGE V; DAWN MARIE BODGE; JENNIFER BODGE (“Defendants”). Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of MARCH 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 242 OF WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTNANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
