NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 9, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-009746, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH B. HARVEY; DARREL D. HARVEY A/K/A DARRELL D. HARVEY; ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A RONDA BARKER; SAXON MORTGAGE, INC.; U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TOWD POINT MASTER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on March 16, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT A, UNIT 2, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
