NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of February, 2022 and entered in CASE NO.: 2021-CC-024504 (H), of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Mango Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Justin Prevatt and Unknown Spouse of Justin Prevatt n/k/a Keith Prevatt are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33902, on the 8th day of April, 2022 beginning at 10:00am by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, OF MANGO RIDGE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE(S) 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
