NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-011970 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER DEMARCO CRAIG A/K/A CHRISTOPHER D. CRAIG; TIFFANI CRAIG A/K/A TIFFANI SUZETTE CRAIG A/K/A TIFFANI SUZETTE MINIWEATHER; SHELL POINTE MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A SHELL POINT MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ADDLINE ST. LOUIS are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK B, OF SHELL POINT MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
