Final Judgment was awarded on December 16, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-001824, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-W8 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH S. VAN BLERCK A/K/A JOSEPH S. VANBLERCK A/K/A JOSEPH STEVEN VAN BLERCK, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. LOT 525, BLOCK C, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CHERRY ESTATES, ISLAND V-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1989 PALM TRAILERS MOBILE HOME VIN #: PH065526A AND VIN #: PH065526B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
