ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN :THE COUNTY PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: DORCHESTER BUILDING, UNIT 302, TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 18, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE(S) 81 AND 82, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4895, PAGE(S) 1305, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: THE APN IS SHOWN BY THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AS 36/30/15/90328/000/3020; SOURCE OF TITLE IS BOOK 9037, PAGE 2022 (RECORDED 07/03/95).
