NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2020 and an Order Resetting Sale dated February 14, 2022 and entered in Case No. 19-002759-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is Plaintiff and THOMAS A NERVINA; PATRICIA S.
