NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2021, and Agreed Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered January 4, 2022, AND ENTERED in Case No. 21-000178-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein EVAN BERNSTEIN and EQUITY TRUST COMPANY FBO EVAN BERNSTEIN IRA are Plaintiffs, and STEVEN ROY PURCELL et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by elctronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of April, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment; to-wit:
Lot 23, Block M, North Bay Hills Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 95, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida Property address: 2102 Flamingo Place, Safety Harbor, FL 34695
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
