NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on the December 18, 2020, and entered in Case NO. 19-003904-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, wherein Anthony Zucco, is the Plaintiff and Karin Rohret, Unknown Tenant 1 and 2, United States Department of Treasury are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder in an online sale at http:// www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 24th day of March 2022 at 10 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 52 of FREEDOM VILLAGE FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 98 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
