NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003715-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB2, Plaintiff, and, THOMAS F. RIEGER AKA THOMAS FRANCIS RIEGER, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of January, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK J, LAKE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
