NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2021, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-000197-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein COMMUNITY LOAN SERVICING, LLC F/K/A BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLAUDIA ROULHAC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LUISE JOHNSON, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A FRANKIE JUDDE, ABBINGTON VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., NAPLES HMA, LLC DBA PHYSICIANS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - COLLIER, GARY ROULHAC, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONALD GREEN, JR., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JANUARY 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. F-106 of ABBINGTON VILLAGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1540, Page 1052, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A 240 Pebble Beach Circle, #F-106, Naples, Florida 34113
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
