NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2021, and entered in the above styled cause, wherein ARLINGTON HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MENDEZ INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, a/k/a MENDEZ INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, INC., and GLORIA MENDEZ, TRUSTEE are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with statutes governing judicial sales, set forth in Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on January 25, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Arlington Heights, Phase III, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 127 Pages 19 through 20, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
