IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on January 20, 2022, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 81, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD - BLOCK “C”, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 48, Pages 15 to 18, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
