a minor.
The termination of the proceeding in Florida as to the guardianship of the property of the minor ward R.A.K. (DOB: 09-08-2005) is pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206. The jurisdiction of the minor ward is being transferred from Florida to Wisconsin. Set forth below are the names and addresses of the guardian in Florida and the attorney for the same, and the guardian in Wisconsin and the attorney for the same.
The guardian in Florida, on the grounds of change of domicile of the minor ward, has filed a Final Accounting, a Final Report, and a Petition for Discharge, whereby the guardian in Florida has applied for discharge as guardian of the property of the minor ward in Florida.
Any objection thereto shall be in writing and shall state, with particularity, each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Any objection to the Final Report or the Petition for Discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of first publication of this notice. Within 90 days after the filing of any objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
