NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 7, 2021, and entered in Case No. 17000058CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Timothy V. Holloway, Consolidated Asset Management I LLC, Michelle L. Holloway, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
