NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 29th day of December 2021 and entered in Case No. 2019CA001951, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and TRACEY ANN COURTRIGHT A/K/A TRACEY A. COURTRIGHT F/K/A TRACEY ANN PERRIER F/K/A TRACEY A. PERRIER JAMES PAUL COURTRIGHT, SR. A/K/A JAMES P. COURTRIGHT, SR. A/K/A JAMES PAUL COURTRIGHT A/K/A JAMES COURTRIGHT UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID L.
