YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Lis Pendens and Verified Complaint on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 302, Building J, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 982, page 1449, and Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1633, page 5304, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, page 155, and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Which has also sometimes been erroneously described as follows:
Unit 302, Building J, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 985, Page 90, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, page 155, and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with all leases, rents, issues, and profits arising from the property described above.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Janelle L. Esposito, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 9266, Bradenton, Florida 34206 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
