NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-000938 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Marie L. Staco; Unknown Spouse of Marie L. Staco; Jujitsu Fighters, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the Jan. 20, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 9, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 3, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
