NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 31, 2021 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Condominium Unit 120 in Building 100 of GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, a condominium, according to the Declaration there of, as recorded February 9, 2006 in Official Record Book 16097, at Page 420, of the Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH of County Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
