NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-001058-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff and GHEORGHE GHIONEA A/K/A GHEORGHE GIONEA; et.al., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 923 OF AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDIGN TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 13652, PAGE 1025, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 2400 Feather Sound Dr Apt923, Clearwater, Florida 33762
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
