WEDDING, deceased, her unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against said Defendants and all unknown natural persons, if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devises, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through, or under unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons, or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above-named or described defendants or parties claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property hereafter described,

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for reformation of deeds to the following property located in Lee County, Florida:
Starting at the SE corner of the SW ¼ of Section 16, Township 44 South, Range 22 East; thence South 89°28'30” W. along the South line of aforesaid Section 16 a distance of 145.00 feet; thence N 0°06'10” E. parallel with the East line of the SW ¼ of aforesaid Section 16 a distance of 672.75 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning; thence continuing N 0°06'10” E. a distance of 50.00 feet; thence N 12°41'30” W. a distance of 112.80 feet; thence S 89°28'54” W. a distance of 265.28 feet to the center line of a proposed road; thence South 37°55' E. along the center line of the proposed road a distance of 168.10 feet; thence South 0°06'10” W. along the center line of the proposed road a distance of 26.45 feet; thence N. 89°28'54” E. a distance of 186.73 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.844 acres of land. The Westerly 25 feet of above described lands are reserved for use as a public right-of-way
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney, Roger H. Miller III, Esq., of Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett, Carr & Holmes, P.A., whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, on or before February 14, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
