NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Corrected Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure executed on December 17, 2021, (the “Final Judgment”) in Case No.: 20-CA-002130 in the Circuit Court of the twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Tuscany Gardens Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Stephen Damas, Leak- Khena Hean and Colette Perrin are Defendants, that Lien Capital, LLC, or its authorized representative, will sell to the highest and best bidder at a public sale the following described residential real property located in Lee County, Florida:
Legal Description: Unit 105, Building 1, of TUSCANY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4690, Page 4264, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Property Address: 6481 Aragon Way #105, Fort Myers, FL 33966
The sale shall occur on January 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM, or soon thereafter, at the property, i.e., 6481 Aragon Way #105, Fort Myers, FL 33966, as set forth in and in accordance with the Final Judgment. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
