NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 5, 2022, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2020-CA-000116-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 1, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit::

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
