Notice is hereby given that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on January 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 933, of SHORELINE TERRACES IV AT PERICO CLUB PHASE 3, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1239, Page 1132, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 164 through 170, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Summary Judgment entered on November 12, 2021, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Shoreline Terraces IV Association, Inc. vs. Virginia Hergenroeder, and the Case number of which is number 2021 CC 5596, as amended by Order Rescheduling Public Sale entered on January 5, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
