Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 4, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 74, CARLISLE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4007 GLEN GARRY RD E, LAKELAND, FL 33813; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 8, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
