Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 4, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2021 CA 003478 SC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4070 of VENTURA VILLAGE, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 5312 Layton Drive, Venice, FL 34293 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on March 7, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
