NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA000653000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, SARAH N. DEAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DEAN FAMILY TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 8, 2005, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of February, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK “A”, HOBBS AND CORLEY ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
