NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2019-CC-000640, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and TERRI-JO DALEY, KNOWN HEIR OF SADIE G. LESTER, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 440, Village 7, Neighborhood 2W, Poinciana Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55 at Page 9 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
