NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 30, 2021 in Case No. 2020CA003043AX in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 (“Plaintiff”) and MANOHAR RAO; SAVITHRI RAO; THE WATERWAYS CONDOMINUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THYSSENKRUPP ELEVATOR CORPORATION (“Defendants”). UNIT 435, BUILDING 4, PHASE II, THE WATERWAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, PAGES 185 THROUGH 260, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 18 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
