NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021CA969 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RIVER POINT OF MANATEE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and OTTO L. LINN, HUSBAND AS TO LIFE ESTATE, AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE LINN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 17,2006; WANETA I. LINN, WIFE AS TO LIFE ESTATE, AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE LINN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 17,2006; JEFFREY SCOTT LINN and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LINN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17,2006 are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [X ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of February 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
