NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2021, and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-000413-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-EFC7 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHARLES CHIANG A/K/A CHARLES T. CHIANG; CHRISTIANA CHIANG; DELASOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GUEST SERVICES COMPANY OF VIRGINIA, LLC, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 145, DELASOL PHASE TWO, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 51 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
