DONNELLY is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 2 day of February, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit No. B, Building 28, CYPRESS LAKE ESTATES, A Condominium (Phase III), a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1736, Page 4741, as amended in Official Records Book 1916, Page 1250, Official Records Book 1944, Page 1388, Official Records Book 1963, Page 3773, Official Records Book 1993, Page 4755 and Official Records Book 2033, Page 817, Official Records Book 2094, Page 1174, and the Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 39 to 42, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
