NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 3, 2021, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013816 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County,
Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the CSFB Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2006-1, Adjustable Rate Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Becki R. Maas, Bay To Gulf Holdings, LLC, Ryan D. Maas, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 1, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
