NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of August, 2021, in Civil Action No. 2020-CA-705 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COMPASS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DAWN LYNN RAINES, Individually and as Co-Trustee of THE SAC FAMILY TRUST; KENNETH K. KENNIKER, Individually and as CoTrustee of THE SAC FAMILY TRUST are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of February, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 612, South Pointe Subdivision, Lee County, Florida and more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
