NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2020 and entered in Case #: 20-002508 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bruce Mesagno and Deborah Mesagno are the Plaintiffs, and Mousimi Khatoon, Russell Matin, Old Republic Exchange Company, City of Clearwater, Star Electric Services, Duke Energy Florida LLC, Midland Funding LLC, Discover Bank, TD Bank NA, and Unknown Tenants 1, 2 and 3 are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the clerk's website for online auctions at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10 and 11, and the Westerly 29 feet of Lot 12, Block D, Pine Ridge, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days of the sale.
