YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a complaint for breach of contract, unjust enrichment and civil conspiracy has been filed and commenced in this court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Rocky Rinker, attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 222 2nd St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before 30 days from the first publication of this Notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in Business Observer.
