PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION (“Plaintiff”) and KEATHEL CHAUNCEY ESQ., AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE POLK 4 LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE POLK 4 LAND TRUST; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DHI MORTGAGE COMPANY, LTD.; MORGAN STANLEY CREDIT CORPORATION; WYNDWOOD AT LAKE HIGHLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JEREMIAH D. LOT 57, OF VILLAGE AT LAKE HIGHLAND, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 119, AT PAGE(S) 50 AND 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
