NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020CA004193AX of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIVE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LYNN D. VILANDRIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN D. VILANDRIE and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 3rd day of February, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
