Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 14, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, OAKFORD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 30 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5523 OAKFORD DRIVE, LAKELAND, FL 33812; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 10, 2022 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
